Oil Analysis Kits
An oil analysis program combines lubricant sampling, laboratory analysis and interpretation to determine the condition of the fluid and the machinery. It is valuable for any equipment — gasoline or diesel engines, transmissions, gears, bearings and hydraulic systems — from passenger cars to fleets, off-highway equipment, boats and high-performance vehicles.
Working with Oil Analyzers, Inc. (OAI), you collect samples using the provided kits and mail them in pre-paid packages; results are typically ready by the end of the business day following receipt and are reported by fax, mail or telephone.
Ideal for fuel-injected and carbureted systems, it dissolves and removes fuel-system deposits and contaminants for improved power and performance, reducing PCV and EGR deposits and cutting exhaust emissions by up to 90 percent. A six-ounce clean-up dose per ten gallons restores up to 95 percent of an injector's original flow; maintenance doses of one ounce per ten gallons keep the fuel system clean.
Improves the performance of all two- and four-cycle gasoline engines; one treatment increases response and power, reduces knock, improves ignition, helps fuel burn cleaner and inhibits corrosion. Increases octane by up to 7 points and is recommended for high-performance off-road and racing applications.
